Be Positive Amigos (BPA) is a charitable organisation which aims to give the fast-growing Portuguese-speaking communities of Leicester a place where they can receive specific and appropriate help in situations where there are language and cultural barriers.

So far, this is something the local council or any other organisation does not currently provide. We assist and facilitate integration of Portuguese communities.

We know that anyone can reach a crisis point and we're here to help when that happens

We don’t think anyone in our community should have to face going hungry. That’s why we provide some days’ nutritionally balanced emergency food and support to local people who are referred to us in crisis. We are part of a nationwide network of food banks working to combat poverty and hunger across the UK.
